For Mail In Repairs

Ship us your device from anywhere in the USA!


  • Select the required repairs in our online store and go through the checkout process.
  • The price listed for shipping is the price you will pay for us to ship the phone back to you.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs to our facility, please use tracking option. We recommend USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate small box (about $5.50).
  • Send the device/battery only. Do not send original box or any accessories. They won’t be returned if you do!
  • Please include a copy of invoice with your phone when it is mailed in.
  • Your Phone will be repaired and shipped back within 24 hours of receipt in most cases

Let’s face it, cash is old school! has a few payment options, but cash and check aren’t one of them! Our online store accepts Visa, Amex, Discover and Mastercard over a safe and secure SSL server. In store, we can swipe any major credit card as well but we do not keep cash in store for safety purposes!
