Warranty Policy

All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a replacement within 30 days from the original purchase date. Physical damage is not covered by this warranty. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all warranty replacements.

Order Discrepancies

Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy or shipping damage within seven (7) days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) may be required.
