Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service that will enhance relationships and lead to ongoing sales.
- Assist customers by providing factual information on all our products and focusing on the customers needs.
- Operate Point-of-Sales system and register.
- General up-keep of the front and back of the store.
- Diagnose customer device issues.
- Complete iPhone, iPad, MacBook & PC repairs.
- Restock shelves when new inventory arrives.
- Be adaptable to a constantly evolving work environment.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Fundamental electronic device knowledge.
- Reliable, organized, hard working and focused.
- Ability to multitask and manage time well.
- Reliable Transportation
- Education: High school or equivalent
- Preferred education: Pursuit of degree or technical certifications.
- Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
